I love finding simple ways to begin my day.
🌿
I have gone through this little book more than once. For 21 days, there is a little breathing exercise, a prompt for a short self reflection, and a mantra that I recite using a sandalwood bead mala. I love how the mala smells and feels! Finally, you are asked to complete one daily “Act."
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
An example of a mantra from the book is "I love the way I look." The Act that day is to look in the mirror and smile at yourself for 30 seconds. It all might sound simple and even silly some days, but over time, I found that there is a shift within me. I feel more peaceful and grounded with who I am and where I am in my life.
